Founders Dusty and Joann Williams come from varying backgrounds, but among other things, come together over their love and appreciation for craft beer.
It is our mission here at Talisman Brewing Company to provide a variety of hand-crafted beers with consistency and quality to Utah and beyond. Our heart and soul go into every batch. Cheers!

This Hazy IPA is double dry hopped with copious amounts of Simcoe and Mosaic hops. There are huge aromatics of tropical fruits, citrus and berries. The taste follows the nose with very juicy flavors. If you want a TRUE hazy IPA, then look no further than Spindrift!

A unique lager brewed with a mix of traditional malts and flaked corn. It is bright, crisp and refreshing with slightly sweet cereal notes and subtle corn tortilla notes. Citrus-forward hops lend the perfect zest to omit the citrus garnish typically served with the style.

Brewed as a traditional German style Hefe, this beer is driven by yeast esters that provide subtle hints of banana and clove. Nice wheat cracker and slight citrus acidity on the finish.

A seasonal staple that people love so we keep bringing it back! Considered a Sour Ale, this Contemporary Gose is brewed with fresh raspberries and salt. A very refreshing beer with harmoniously fresh raspberry flavor, mild salinity and a thirst quenching effervescent finish.

An American Wheat Ale brewed with honey wheat malt and real blood orange puree. A balance of honey sweetness and tart zest from the blood orange, make this a refreshing option!

This fan favorite is back! This Honey Wheat Ale is was brewed with fresh locally sourced lavendar from Ogden Valley. Its a great balance of honey malt sweetness and fresh lavendar. Limited, get it while it lasts!

The Patriot IPAAmerican IPA (Veterans IPA)
We brewed this IPA in honor of all the amazing Veterans! Every year YCH hop farms formulates a propreitary hop blend specifically for Veterans. We used only this blend of hops in the Patriot and created a nice traditional American IPA. This beer has a nice malt backbone supporting the assertive hops flavors and bitterness. Get it while it lasts!

We brewed this Lager with crushablilty in mind and we hit the mark. This beer is light, clean, and refreshing. If you're not a craft beer drinker, then this is a perfect gateway beer for you!. Limited, get it while it lasts!

Witches BrewKolsch
**COMING SOON** Every year the women of Talisman come together to brew this specialty beer. Witches brew is made using a traditional Kolsch base, It incorporates fall spices, orange zest, and real cranberries.
